Ya, that’s right, I know you might not enjoy it, but if you run 30-45 minutes every day, you’ll be well on your way to defeating that unsightly gut. Make sure you up the intensity at which you run now and then so your body doesn’t get used to it.
2. Pack Your Food
Another way to make sure you get rid of that fat and stay on your diet is to pack your meals. Make sure you have your meals cooked or packed ahead of time so that when you feel a hunger tinge you have the food at the ready. If you don’t have food ready to go, you’re much more likely to cheat.
3. Make It A Habit
One of the best ways to stick to a new diet or workout routine is to do it enough times that it becomes habit. Willpower is overrated, if you can just do something a few days in a row, it will become a habit and it will be a lot easier to continue doing that thing each following day.
